WHAT IT IS

This course provides you with a practical understanding of how to use AI across project management processes. You will learn how to safely build, train, and apply a custom AI assistant (ChatBot) using your own datasets, as well as an overview of deployment options and the financial aspects of implementing generative AI in your PMO.

The course will also guide you through the basic configuration of a custom AI assistant (tailored Copilot) designed to meet the specific needs of your project managers and PMO, enabling you to present solutions and models customized to your organization’s methodologies, such as PRINCE2.

Course participants bring their laptop to the course
Course participants are familiar with basic prompting

COST AND CONDITIONS

Total cost for a 1-day company course is 35.000 DKK ex. VAT an includes:
Instructor preperations, course materials, diplomas and pre-course meetings
Full day of training on-site (max. 12 course participants, 1 instructor)
Travel costs within Denmark is covered by Projectum
Invoice will be sent upon course completion
Required PO numbers must be provided in advance in case of course cancellation, less than 10 days before course start, 50% of the course fee will be invoiced
