Power PPM is your end-to-end PMO solution built on the Microsoft Power Platform that gives organizations an overview of their initiatives, programs, and portfolios.
In this wave, we’ve updated the Resource Heatmap with an “actual work”-column. This makes it easier for project managers to stay up to date on what people have been working on and how much time has been spent.
We’ve also made a resource heatmap visible on a portfolio so you can see which projects employees are working on and their expected capacity.
There’s now support for up to five baselines – and we’ve added the possibility to create baselines for programs.
One pagers with Power Roadmap help create informative stakeholder reports. We’ve improved the interface so it’s possible to show all the tasks and milestones on the same line as the initiative. You can reorder, quick-edit, and drag-and-drop on swim lanes. One pagers are customizable and can be shared with stakeholders in read-only mode, allowing you to communicate project roadmaps – and, of course, always updated with the latest data.
We’ve also given you more flexible options with Power Financials. Populate the cost hierarchy from an external system, such as SAP, or if you’re a project manager, you can create your own cost hierarchy. With dynamic cost types, it is possible to decide per configuration which cost types should be shown, such as showing only the budget in the initial phases and then, when you move into execution, including actuals.

Team Planner is your smart resource demand management solution that provides a clear overview and actionable insights into resource allocation.
With the latest update, there is more agency than ever with our self-allocation feature. With self-allocation, team members can allocate themselves and minimize bottlenecks for line managers.
Project Planner is replacing Planner view, so now it’s possible to add columns and sort by them. You can create custom views, such as sorting your projects by scores so you can see where action needs to be taken.
Finally, there are improvements to integration capabilities, so it’s easier to integrate with other Projectum products or pull data from different datasets in Dataverse.
