ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF YOUR PPM CAPABILITIES

PPM MATURITY ASSESSMENT

WHAT IS A [PPM MATURITY ASSESSMENT]

This service assesses the effectiveness of an organization’s project and portfolio management (PPM) capabilities.  We assess the PPM maturity level, based on Projectum’s PPM Capability Framework to:

Establish a view on the current PPM Maturity level

Address PPM ambitions and priorities

Recommend actions and initiatives for the future PPM Maturity Roadmap.

We also offer to run our assessment service across a range of an organisations current projects (and programmes), to help identify strengths and weaknesses which may be themes across their overall portfolio.  In this way we are able to help improve the overall PPM Capabilities on specific initiatives aligned with priorities on the PPM Roadmap.
