Get started quickly with a “Hackathon”
First off, we define hackathons as a war-room style workshop with a pre-determined scope. In these hackathons, we work closely together with the client.
The focus is split in two. The first section is an introduction to the platform and hands-on training, preparing the participants to be able to join in scoping and building sessions afterward. The second section is focused on the workshop itself. Here we will be defining, configuring, and deploying a minimum viable product based on a client pain/need. The prioritization of features is done by the client throughout the workshop duration.
