New template features for standardized projects and work packages
Better real-time financial visualization
Power PPM is an end-to-end PMO solution, built on the Microsoft Power Platform, that serves organizations with an overview of their initiatives, programs, and portfolios. The primary objective of Power PPM is to maximize the benefits a company accrues from the initiatives it undertakes. Ensuring full use of data, it provides the PMO with an end-to-end, top-to-bottom overview of any portfolio or project in real-time.
This release makes getting a good overview easier than ever with the new template feature, consisting of a template selection pop-up and the possibility to create and apply multiple templates across projects and portfolios.
The new feature is a great way to optimize and standardize projects and processes across the organization. When creating a new project or portfolio, a template can be applied with pre-defined tasks and processes that can then be adjusted to fit the scope of the current project. Hovering over a potential template reveals the pre-defined steps or stages, allowing for full overview before a selection is made. Furthermore, it’s now possible to add work packages to a phase after the creation of a project.
We’ve also improved features for a better financial overview. It is now possible to create custom columns for financial data as well as make columns mandatory. Furthermore, there is the option of creating S-curves based on real-time data allowing you a better overview of ressources and a solid foundation for making decisions for the future.

Full use of data with audit reports
Power Hub is your data time machine. With Power Hub you level up your existing solutions as it consolidates data from different sources. This data is stored in a version-based structure for improved reporting and AI analysis. Power Hub makes it possible to retrieve the data after it was deleted from the source system and can assist in the manual restoration of lost data.
Allowing you to fully optimize your data, both now and in the future, we’ve added the possibility of creating audit reports that work on past data accumulated and stored in the Power Hub. Audit reports can provide valuable insight into the use of the system and past changes made to projects or portfolios.
