It is Projectum’s strategy to expand its business further in Sweden, primarily among Enterprise and Upper-midmarket customers. We look to strengthen sales effort, strategy implementation and gain even more market traction.  We are looking for a strong, hands-on Strategic Sales Manager who will successfully penetrate the Swedish market with our PPM Services and Offerings. It is of great advantage if you have experience with Cloud based solutions, preferably from the Microsoft Ecosystem/Microsoft Platform.

The Strategic Sales Manager will drive, maintain and develop the sale of Projectum offerings, products and solutions with new and existing customers in the region.  This position will demand: a strong hunter profile due to the expected growth delivered, and the ability and experience to communicate and sell on C level in the industry.  To succeed in this position, the Strategic Sales Manager needs to combine a relevant Sales background with a strong sales track-record and a high personal drive.  If you have experience in selling PPM solutions, that’s a plus, but not a must.  However, knowledge of selling to larger enterprise customers and building of trust is a mandatory requirement.

Our ideal Strategic Sales Manager will have the capacity, experience and ambition to take the lead in expanding Projectum’s growth in the region while in close cooperation with PPM Presales colleagues and reporting to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO).  In addition, the Strategic Sales Manager will be responsible for analyzing the market for customer potential, working out trending market strategies and implementing plans in cooperation with the CSO.

The sales function must strengthen Projectum’s international brand “presence”, product and solution positioning in Sweden.  The Strategic Sales Manager must act as driver and role model in this process. This role will be responsible for its own forecasting, pipeline management and business cases to support the agreed go-to market strategies. There will be a high degree of freedom where results are measured – not the time spent in the office. This role requires a great deal of self-motivation and high work ethics.

The Strategic Sales Manager will be part of the SE organization, placed in Stockholm (reporting to the CSO in Denmark).

Candidate background:

  • It is of great advantage if you have experience with Cloud based solutions, preferably from the Microsoft Ecosystem/Microsoft Platform.
  • A Swedish native and fluent in both Swedish and English (speaking and writing).
  • A strong sales background (minimum 5 years) and the results to show.
  • Experienced in selling solutions.
  • Ideally, a minimum of 5 years sales experience with the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Comfortable in being the lead contact for customers.
  • An extensive commercial network.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent high-level negotiating skills.
  • Familiar and efficient with New Bizz.
